We’re looking for 2 to 3 ambitious and enthusiastic persons to expand our team in the beginning of next year.

We’re hiring in the field of:

1) line production and production coordination, 
together with some additional production assistance and general office management.
2) distribution, communication & social media, publicity, marketing and impact campaigns.
3) fundraising and business development, sales and sponsoring. 

If you’re interested, we’re curious to hear from you to see if we can make it work together. Job profiles can vary and can be costume-made, depending on your experience and ambitions. Same for the salary! The salary will be based on the Cultural Fair Pay Code. The offer can be either fulltime or parttime. 

Ideally, we would like to start hiring a team which is motivated to grow with the company and its projects, and stay with us for a minimum of a year, up to several years…

Studio Biarritz is a production house that specializes in audiovisual projects that cross borders. (We have our 5^th anniversary this year!) We develop our own projects, but we also love collaborating with filmmakers, artists and partners from all over the world to produce stories with a lot of heart that are relevant for our trying times. We cross borders in 1) form, technology and subject matter, in 2) collaboration with filmmakers, artists & partners and 3) in audience reach, distributed on multiple platforms.

You might know us already from projects such as ‘I am a Bastard’, ‘Symbiosis’, ‘The Imaginary Friend’, ‘Floating with Spirits’, ‘Home’ and ‘Future Botanica’, and there are many more to come!!! 
Watch out for i.e. ‘Gay Simulator’, ‘Lacuna’, ‘Looks Like Dancing’, ‘Palimpsest’, ‘Bobby Baxter’, ‘One Charming Night’, ‘Microbiome Restaurant’, and ‘275 Million Births Deaths’.

We work with the most creative artist and makers out there. Cross Disciplinary! We focus on Talent Development, Innovation in New ways of Storytelling and New Technologies. Our award-winning projects tour the world and connect with people. Our aim is to inspire people, make them laugh and/or think and were possible: Create Impact.

We’re working in the field of traditional & experimental cinema, and we are working on XR & immersive projects. Within these formats we produce documentary, fiction, as well as animation. Our projects are often story driven. Our projects are sometimes interactive, sometimes produced for TV and/or cinema, and/or find their journey outside the regular distribution structures where they are presented @festivals, or during custom-made special events @cultural venues or in specific neighborhoods, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
